Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact within 12 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. Initial consultation meetings will be scheduled for 30-minutes maximum. The initial consultation meeting is free. All other meetings will be scheduled for a 30-minute minimum, after the 30-minutes it will be monitored in 15-minute increments and invoiced accordingly. Initial meetings do not include the costs post meeting to complete the project hired to address. All work conducted post meeting will be assessed in 15-minute increments and invoiced accordingly.   Fees do not include 6% sales tax required in Pennsylvania per Act 84.
